I grew up in the small town of Itasca, IL. In 1999, I happily made the move to Apex NC and have made it home for 21 years. I think that qualifies me as being an almost-native! I have loved raising my 3 children in the Triangle area. The excellent schools, parks, town events, greenways and fantastic shopping and restaurants have made this area the perfect place to have a family! I love connecting people and helping them find joy. When I'm not with my awesome clients, I love spending time with my 3 kids and two cute pups, dinner with friends, working out, my women's Bible study group, the beach, and any travel that I can possibly make happen! I'm always finding great travel deals, and I've been known to pick up and leave for a trip with only an hour's notice. My most spontaneous trip was with my daughter - we booked a flight to the Bahamas and left for the airport 30 minutes later! I definitely know how to make things happen! The past several years, I've served on two trips to Haiti where we helped run camps for hundreds of children in the city. Last year I was able to travel to Cuba with a team of women and distribute water filters to people with no access to clean water. I look forward to more of these trips in the future!
